These are incredible amplifiers – most notably favoured by Paul Weller – and vastly underrated. I love them! It was originally a mail order amplifier for the UK market (so no voltage selector on it), it’s a Lead & Bass 50w Combo, dating to 1976. The amplifier comes complete with the two Celestion G12M speakers. One is an original T1221, dating to April 1976. The other is a slightly later replacement T1281 dating to January 1977 and does the job really well. All original transformers, though the output transformer has been professionally rewound, and a lovely full set of valves (a mixture of both original and replacement).
This is in really good cosmetic condition, except that tear in the front cloth. The amplifier really does sing! It comes complete with a nice padded cover. I’ve priced this to sell as they’re fetching much more than this! You’ll not be disappointed in this one for sure. Please check out the pictures below as these form part of our description.
