This beauty is a players grade 1960s Ampeg R-12-R that sounds incredible. It was made in the 1960s, and was imported from the USA a few years ago. It’s a classic amplifier, not often seen on this side of the pond. It was used as a gigging amplifier for many years, and so the musician had many things replaced on it over the years. The speaker has been upgraded to a Celestion Gold 12″, and the both transformers have been replaced to accommodate UK voltage. It’s been well serviced, and includes the majority original valves too. A wonderful little amplifier, complete with the original footswitch. Grab it whilst you can! Please see the pictures below as these form part of my description.
