This amplifier has been looked after incredibly well over the years underneath the original brown cover. Only a handful of these were ever made, and very few sold, possibly due to the brown tolex (?) or possibly due to the Club & Country name. They’re becoming even rarer as the days go by! It’s a wonderful combo amplifier in brilliant condition – one of the best I’ve seen.
The pair of original McKenzie speakers are original to the amplifier and come with the original cones. The previous owner had a new set of JJ EL34 valves fitted, but the pre-amp valves are all original. The transformers are all original to the amplifier, and it really is a special example.
