I recently traded this beauty in. It’s an amazing bass guitar – Rickenbacker 4001 clone made by Fernandes Inc in the late 1970s, very early 1980s in Japan. The model number on this one is RB80. It comes with a period Aria Pro II Super Bass Series hard case. It has been padded out on top of the original padding for this very guitar – works a treat. The strings on it are flat wounds too! It’s in very very good used condition, especially for the age, with only a few light dings to the black finish. It’s a really nice example as you can see.
