I cannot even begin to express how excited I am to offer this beauty for sale. Recently unearthed on the Isle of Wight, this uncirculated Vox UL730 (serial number 3074) is a thing of legend. It was the very amplifier used by The Beatles on their Revolver and Sgt Pepper albums. This one has never been seen before, and is one of only a handful of surviving examples that Vox did not destroy. It was brought into a local guitar shop on the Isle of Wight by the long term (though not original) owner.
I have got this fully serviced at one of England’s leading amp techs, who also handmade a footswitch for it. The original was missing. It’s in wonderful cosmetic condition, and works a treat! The knobs on the front are, of course, replacements, but this was done way back when, otherwise a very original amplifier. Only the 74th UL730 amplifier ever made, and one of literally a handful surviving. Grab an amplifier of legend! You really will not be disappointed.
