I am so excited to share this beauty for sale – an original and genuine block logo Marshall JTM45. Prior to me getting this at a local auction, this has been sat in the previous owners’ house for decades. It is one of the best looked after JTM45 amplifiers I have seen. It’s super clean and tidy, as you can see, and retains the majority of its original parts. Internally it is wonderfully original except a late 1960s Drake 784-139 replacement output transformer, and a pair of Mullard EL34 (originally would have had KT66).
Externally it has one replacement knob cap, and a later ohms selector, otherwise original My tech has thoroughly gone through the circuitboard in this, and any parts he’s replaced come with the amplifier in a small bag, as pictured. The valves in this are all Mullards, including the rectifier and the pre-amps. It’s a really nice, clean and original example, you will not be disappointed!
