How often do you find an original USA Standard Fender Strat for this price, especially being the 60th Anniversary year!? It is a 2006 year in Olympic White and comes complete with the original moulded hard case. This has had one owner since new – a good friend of mine – and has only had bedroom use. Unfortunately the finish on this one has cracked around the neckplate. I have checked this out structurally and it is purely cosmetic. I have also seen many from this year with the finish cracked – it was a design flaw unfortunately. The price does reflect this issue, but it is purely cosmetic and not structural. You’re getting a bargain of a guitar for the price. I have had the guitar restrung and setup and it plays great. You will not be disappointed!
