This is a truly incredible opportunity to own a piece of rock n’ roll history. This comes directly from ABM himself, guitarist to many incredible bands of this age. He’s owned it for many years and it’s featured on many of his projects over the decades. This is one of the earliest Sound City amplifiers (from 1969), with the smooth tolex and the central logo. It’s super similar to Hiwatt’s of the period! Internally it has both the original Partridge transformers. The power valves are a quad of period correct valves, and the pre-amp valves are original to the amplifier too. It’s super clean and works a treat, having recently been serviced by a leading UK amp tech. Please see the pictures below as these form part of my description.
